Couples Therapy
If you are a couple in distress you may feel there is no way out of your troubled relationship. Couples often blame each other which does not allow for any resolution. Often couples wait too long to seek counseling. The sooner you seek help the better the results. Understanding ones emotional responses can benefit and foster attachment in healthy ways. Each individual is responsible for contributing to the problem and resolution. Defensiveness and projection of blame are dead ends. Both of you must be open to looking in the mirror and making changes within yourselves.
